Tomorrow is the next meeting of Hebden Bridge Evolving Minds. ISPS Committee Member Neil Caton will be speaking about "The Conditions for Emotional Healing".
Last month's meeting was the world premier of "Waterfalls" a musical story about past and present, feeling stuck and resolution. I went with my son. It was the first time he's had evening leave in three and a half years. His face and response to a very moving and sometimes scary and powerful performance were a joy to behold.
We'll be going again tomorrow night (Monday 2nd April) to the Stubbings Wharfe Pub at 7.30. Hope to see some of you there.

The first mindful meandering
I've been asked to start writing a blog for the ISPS readership. It will be my thoughts and reflections on attempting to remain sane in what can often seem like a mad world. So I've decided to call it "Mindful Meanderings." As a mother and activist, my journey through the maze that is the mental health system takes me to many places. Follow my journey.
